The owners are very nice and helpful as we had a little problem with late check-in. Room is very modern and clean. Location is good. It's near to train station. There is no breakfast in hotel but they gave us a coupon to have breakfast in cafe. It's such a good idea as we experienced Italy breakfast style. Lastly, we love the honest mini bar that you can choose how much you want to pay.Great idea!!! If we have chance to visit Florence again, we will stay here for sure.

Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!. In loved the contemporary looking. The staff was nice. The lady at the desk help us when we checked in and recommended a very good restaurant. They store our luggage after check out time. We liked the layout of room and bathroom. Very contemporary. They had goodies in the small refrigerator for the guest. Overall, a nice stay just for the night. The room was beautiful! Modern design & fantastic down pillows. Very comfortable and appealed to our design preferences (we really prefer modern styling). The staff was very nice & the location was convenient (couple of blocks from the train station & near the central market & duomo). Very clean with a nice modern design. The building felt very safe and secure. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was nice and convenient. The bed was small but comfortable. Close to train station for connections to other cities. Florence only requires your own two feet to see all the sites. An absolutely fantastic place to stay. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and well furnished. The breakfast could be a bit larger for the price, but the cafe where it is held is fantastic so really you mingle in with the locals....and there are tons of food around in the city!!!!. We couldn't control the temperature, so we slept with the windows open (which would normally be fine), but I got covered in mosquito bites (I'm particularly sensitive, but really I got several each night). It would be nice if there were a central social area to meet/chat with other guests, but this was not a big issue. The room was so tiny! There was hardly space to walk around the bed. This was smaller than any room we've ever had including our rom in Tokyo. The only smaller room imaginable would be a capsule hotel. For the $ I would have expected something a little bigger especially since this hotel is not in the center of town. Nothing. Breakfast which is provided by way of voucher at a local cafe is basic. No lift available so suitcases had to be dragged up 2 floors. A bit difficult to find, as it operates with a few other hotels/offices at the same building. You cann't use the elevator - not a big deal as it's only on the second floor. Air-conditioning didn't really work well in our room and so we had to open the window throughout the night. - staff other than the owner were not the friendliest (although language barriers were probably the reason) - proximity to lobby and loud door situation (buzzes when someone comes in) makes it quite loud when people are coming and going. The lift doesn't work on first floor, where the hotel is located. If you have heavy luggages, this will be a problem. the entrance of the building doesn´t look pleasant no breakfast. Noise from the reception area can be a disturbance, particularly if there is a late check-in, as you can hear every word being spoken. Small bathroom. The tea bags we used were never replaced. Person on reception talking loudly late at night was disturbing. Lift doesn't stop on the floor where the hotel rooms are. Not a huge deal since it's in the first floor, but with heavy luggage bit uncomfortable. - Corridor noise. No breakfast included. Not clear how to get help when no staff at desk. No elivator. The room wasn't cleaned and the staff didn't help with our luggages at check in and check out. This 5 room hotel on first floor has no lift access although one services upper floors. All rooms completely refurbished recently but our bathroom was very tiny especially with the oversize basin that takes up so much space. China is famous for hard beds but this prize now goes to this hotel. Price is little bit higher considering limited service and breakfast quality. The coffee machine was out of service after the sencond day of my stay, they dont even bother to refill or fix it.
