  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel.   The desk clerk was very accommodating, even advancing me 15 euros to pay my cab. (I didn't realize I could have used the hotel shuttle.) The hotel was very luxurious, with a terrific breakfast included, at a very reasonable price. - the staff were really friendly, and the times of the meals were really convenient.
