  Everything... it was a nice hotel to stay in... warm and friendly. - excellent location (very close to both airport and a U-Bahn station), friendly staff, clean rooms. besides, even if the wifi internet is normally accessed through a paid connection, you can easily find at least two open networks around. I would also like to mention the nice "beer ... what people say » garden" on the short way from U-Bahn station to the hotel: a nice place to have a kolsch.

  Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar. Our first stay an in Ibis ... what people say » and we were pleasantly surprised. We'd stay at Ibis again. - Location was a big plus, walking distance from train station and main city attractions. Staff at the breakfast buffet, bar and front desk were very nice. Breakfast buffet was fair considering the price.

  Staff friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of the English language , some with a knowledge of colloquial english. Food excellent and with generous portions service was excellent as well . I would and will recommend the Ibis Hotel at Hamburg to my collegues. - I always liked the location and the rooms. And the food is good. Last good meals ... what people say » before leaving Germany. Hassle free stays in a quietly run hotel. Very close to the airport. The price is very good too. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
