  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly... what people say » at night. We loved going to sleep and waking up with the view beside us. The bed was large and comfortable. The open-plan bathroom had both a bathtub - Amazing quality, the rooms are very modern and practical, loved the dog menu, it's very rare that a hotel is paying such an attention for animals, have highlight the breathtaking view of the whole city from the 18 th floor restaurant perfect by night just as a pleasant morning breakfast

Parking on the street opens up about 5pm (workerbees parked there begin to head home about then), if you arrive before then, will need to pay for parking at hotel (9 euro) but very close and well worth it. Very nice running trail along the Danube River, less than 2km from hotel (front desk knew exactly how to get there/trail)- ran for over a - The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

If trains are your preferred way of travelling, there's also a train station at the same location. A lot of parking place (private street with gate behind the buildings - car was really safe over there). Parking was - A very clean and comfortable appartment after renovation. It is located in a quiet and green district of Vienna, squirrels are running around. Schoenbrunn palace and Zoo are at a walking distance. City center is 20 minutes by public transport. Ideal for a family with kids.

  Its abouts a one minute walk from a tube station, which takes you into town in about 15 mins. The area of that metro station seems a quiet residential workers area. There are i think 5 apartments, and they seem to all be on the ground floor. My apartment was nb 3. sleep area: it was very quiet at night, besides a few sounds from the apartment abo... what people say » ve/beside. Virtually no street noise. The bed, like everything else, is new. It is quite soft, i would personally advize removing the topper because - Firstly say, the Owner Mr. Martin is superb. He is very kind and help everything what I asked. This residence will never make bother you even check in and check out, you don't need to do anything. Location is not that close to main of Vienna(5km~) but quite and there are very nice restaurant and kiosk around this place. If you arrange, he will provide you parking space but I recommend you to use Subway which is 5 min. To walk.

  The place was quite easy to find. It was a nice size and the bathroom was huge! Only a five minute drive to the Park and Ride to take the metro into the city. Wonderful. We were in Vienna in less than 20 minutes from leaving the hotel. The kitchenette was nicely equipped and there was a larger kitchen down the hall with more items and a coff... what people say » ee pod machine (but of course, we had no coffee pods). Great water pressure. - The staff (actualy the owner of the place) was very nice. The room was really big, very clean. The whole place is brand new. TV with a lot of channels. Small kitchen with all necessary things.
