Good location just off shopping district and next to U-Bahn station, free travel pass a plus. room was spotless. A special thanks to Felix on reception for helping us with a problem with the internet cafe. Very much appreciated!. The staff was very attentive and polite, all services were available, the position of the hotel is perfect, very close to Westbahnhof and on the top commercial streets in Vienna.

No airconditioning. there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The area the hotel is located at is not great. However, you're right by the metro so that you can go to other locations. I wouldn't stay there for the whole Viena stay - to catch a train, yes, but to be a tourist for an extended period of time, it's better to be close to downtown.yes they don't change the sheets.

At the next traffic light you turn right into Mariahilferstraße. Always straight ahead, until you see the InterCityHotel on the left. There you turn left at the traffic light and you’ll find yourself in Kaiserstraße directly in front of the hotel. The multi-storey car parks „Apollo“ and „Apcoa“ are situated about 150 m from the hotel.

Südautobahn (Southern highway - Graz, Klagenfurt,...):
Coming from the Südautobahn you follow the signs to the centre, and centre-Gürtel. You go along the Triester Straße and on Matzleinsdorfer Platz you turn left to the Gürtel (Direction Praha - Linz - Gürtel West)! Then you keep to the right (direction Praha – Linz – Brno) Then you follow the Gürtel and the sign Gürtel West. In front of the „Cafe Westend“ you turn right into Mariahilfer Straße. At the first traffic light you turn left again and then you are in Kaierstraße, directly in front of the InterCityHotel Wien. The multi-storey car parks „Apollo“ and „Apcoa“ are situated about 150 m from the hotel.

Coming from the Ostautobahn you follow the signs to the centre and then to the Gürtel. You always follow the Gürtel (Direction Praha - Linz - Gürtel West)!
