  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence!   The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant.   I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   This is a charming place to stay when visiting Vienna. It is located near to the underground (Rochusgasse) and near to center of town (2 stops). The room I had (nr 14) was spacious with terrace , sofas, a separate dressing, bathroom and separate WC. There was no noice at night as the room was in the back of the building. I certainly will return her on my next trip to Vienna as it had all the qualities you ap - Although I hoped it would be a good place, I never expected it would be so good. The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, but in a unbelievably quite street, so nothing will disturb your sleep. My room was very clean and spacious room with everything important at hand. Breakfast was very nice, accompnied by Strauss recording, with a pleasntly moderate choice of food, not too much and everything was very fresh. I liked it a lot and would recommend tha place to everybody.

The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us. It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging.
