The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. I would definately stay there again. Wonderful accommadations. Great air conditioning. very important. Excellent breakfast and staff. Steps away from the museum districts. Nice hotel closed to center of attraction. perfect location, cosy and confortable. The very helpful staff and the lovely relaxing sauna (included in the price).. Breakfast was fresh and of excellent quality. Also the locaction which was central and within easy walking distance of main sights. Rooms are on the small side but perfectly accelatablke for a city centre hotel and very well equipped. The staff were very friendly and quietly efficient. The Art deco style has been carefully restored. The breakfast choice was excellent and high quality. The location is very central and convenient but there is little disruptive or intrusive noise.The breakfasts were amazing. The sauna and steamroom were an added bonus. The location was perfect for sightseeing around Vienna. Most of the front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with eggs made to order.It was convenient location and good service - no complaints. Room and breakfast. He refused and said it would be taken care of when we came downstairs.Just one girl at the reception in the mornings was a little abrupt but it was made up for by the male receptionist at the desk at night. Minor point - not instructions how to use the steam room - how to get steam!!. No water cooker for tea/coffee in the room. slow internet connection. Night porter was not very helpful. No kettle in the room! Really missed that facility.if the price can be lower, it will be perfect.
