  Good location near the town and beach. Stayed 3 nights and although in a residential area it was quiet every night. Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted. The owner was lovely and had a good balance of being helpful, without being overpowering. Would recommend this as a good place to stay. - The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.

  I liked the fact that I was a solo traveller and while staying at Lacey's guest house, I was made to feel very welcome and the hospitality I received was of a very high standard. We tried the restaurant the first night and were amazed at the quality, presentation and choice of menu also very affordable. It was so good we went there the second night as well!. Excellent experience we would not hesitate to recommend.

  We were an extended family of six adults , a young child + two toddlers. The hotel was very clean , extremely comfortable beds with nice baby cots + all set up waiting for us when we arrived. The adjoining pub/restaurant was very child friendly with good food. The location is superb.
