They were very friendly and helpful. They breakfast was excellent. It was great not being in the city but being out where it's not quite as crowded. Gave us a chance to see more of the area. - Friendly calm welcome even though we were rushed and the proprietresshad other guests arriving simultaneously so she was also rushed.Courtesy throughout. The staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming, accommodating, informative. Breakfast was good quality. The room deal we got was also excellent value for money. We were visiting family in the area and next time will check the Wirral Lodge first when looking for local accommodation. -
