  Everything! the website and photos really don't do this place justice, its a whole lot better than you might think from previous reviews. From the candle lit entrance lobby on arrival to the friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble staff.   The Manager was really friendly when my partner and I were at the bar in the hotel, it was a really relaxed atmosphere and the ideal hotel for a weekend away for the first time.   The newly refurbished hotel has very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, though rather quick service on our first night, followed by rather slow the next night.   The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel itself had great facilities and the food was gorgeous. They were able to accomodate our two year old with ease. - The staff were mostly excellent with the service they provided. I felt that we were valued throughout the whole of our stay.
