  Free upgrade from a triple room to a 4 bedroom cottage due to unforeseen circumstances, much better than cancelling our reservation. Can't fault them, went the extra mile to arrange access for us even though we were arriving late in the evening. - So quiet & relaxed in rural location but a stones throw from Bath.   We really enjoyed our stay the rooms are lovely. There was nothing we could fault and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did try to email prior to our visit but I think the web site has a fault they might like to look into this as it might affect their bookigs. - Excellent accommodation, excellent food and service, and excellent friendly ... what people say » staff. I would stop again at this Hotel at the same time next year.
