  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra... what people say » supplies. - Exellent service throughout the hotel.   I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. - Excellent Location! Cafetiere in the room. Good maid service daily. Helpful and friendly staff.
