I think you would have to be very critical not to enjoy your stay here. We could not fault it. Staff where very obliging the rooms clean and tidy and of a very good standard plus you can use the health club all in. Breakfast buffet style and that was great too. Its a 5min cab ride into Kings Lynn thats all and a lovely complex in a quiet location.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The outlook from the hotel was lovely......and we enjoyed a swim, steam room before breakfast

Excellent service both hotel and restaurant were extremely accommodating to individual requests...at times had pool/spa area to myself, it was like having my own private pool!
