All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

The swimming pool was free. The Hall and grounds are beautiful. This accomodation was better than 3 star. The ladies with me were given a single red rose each on arrival. This was much appreciated and reflected the excellent service throughout our stay.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were given a lovely room with a four poster bed - slept like a log! Enjoyed the breakfast which was served traditionally rather than buffet style - everythiing was fresh and hot. Enjoyed the spa pool and gym although a couple of pieces of equipment needed a little attention, ie broken foot

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, rooms upgraded and food excellent at dinner, and there is a lovely coffee shop from 10am - 5pm with a lovely selection of food. Free car parking and the beach is only a 5 or 10 minute walk away which is superb and goes for miles. Nothing is too much trouble, just ask and its done. Peaceful hotel. No hustle and bustle. Just enjoy.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and beautiful setting the resort is in and being greeted by the ducks each morning. The lodges were well equipped and spacious. The meals in the bar/restaurant were reasonably priced and excellent quality, the chocolate fudge cake is to die for. Will definately return and recomend to friend

Friendly staff gave us an automatic upgrade as the room was available. Breakfast was excellent, with the best cooked eggs I have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to control the temperature in the room and we were very comfortable. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.
