  The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

  We thought the staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also comfortable.   Right from the start, I was made to feel warmly welcomed and I was picked up from the airport on arrival which was a welcome change for a solo traveller. La Roche is a beautiful house and the room I stayed in was luxurious, clean and comfortable. I shared a bathroom and toilet with the room next door but this was not a problem and worked very we... what people say » ll. The owners, Jane and David were exquisite hosts. They were really helpful about what to see and the best way of getting there. Breakfasts were - David and Jane were probably the friendliest and nicest B&B owners I've ever met. Had a nice long chat, they offered a glass of wine and they were very interesting people. The room was also very nice and clean. They really helped make my stay in Guernsey memorable and enjoyable.

  The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.

  The staff were brilliant and helpful. I was ill while I was there and they couldn't do enough for me. And they looked after my husband as I never left the room. The hotel is in a great location, good bus links to the rest of the island. Great walks, your right on the sea front. The bed was comfy, plenty of fresh towels, a - The hotel is in a great location - great views and within very easy reach of lively beaches, airport and St Peter Port. The staff are accommodating, friendly and very knowledgable. Though not the most modern of hotels, the price is fantastic and we would definitely come back for a cheap yet lovely weekend getaway.
