  The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels

A bit hot late evening as due to the hotel's location the air-conditioning has to be switched off over night. We rang reception and asked for a fan and it was delivered to our room within 5 mins. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, and the decor and cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent.

  The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well.   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.
