The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

The location. Very close to East Croydon station - which catching a fast train to Victoria or London bridge is 10-12mins - fantastic! You can be in centre of town - just like that!! The hotel was spotless, the staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable and laid out very well. As the hotel is I would expect nothing less. I hope this remains the same as it was a real pleasure staying here. The Holiday Inn express in Croydon could learn alot about cleaning standards and customer care from this hotel

very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.
