  The location of the hotel was really nice. It's a few minutes walk from Paddington station and very easy to find it. I guess no one gets lost on arrival. Also, it was easy to get to Baker Street on foot. Passengers who will leave from / fly in London Luton airport and who would love to take a bus to / from the airport, the bus stop is 20 Minutes w... what people say » alk from the hotel. Not only that, but there are so many nice pubs and eateries near the hotel and you can enjoy a lot of delicious food and good beer - I only stayed one night before going to Heathrow airport. The room I received was basic but very clean with a nice attempt at modernization; these hotel buildings in this area are all around 100 years old or more, most being Listed (historical) making modernization difficult or impossible. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel is located three blocks from Paddington Station in London, which was excellent for me.

  The hotel located in old, but renvated Victorian house, offers quite tiny, but very comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds, clean room, basic bathroom, flat tv, hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea set, small safe. WiFi easily accessible. All arranged by very friendly staff. Rooms refreshed every day ( we stayed 3 nights ). Breakfast seems like... what people say » regular continental one, but really tastes much better than it looks from the first glace. Try fruits for dessert , esecially smak apples really dese - I was there for the London Book Fair in 2013. It was a very nice place to stay at with a good breakfast in the morning. Very close to the event center which made it easy. Additionally they set me up with a very nice taxi back to the airport that was very reasonable compared to the prices around town. Very nice guys running the place, they really go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

  The apartment was really big especially for somewhere in London for the same price,. It was very cheap for London, rooms only across the road were going for the same price and you got a lot less for your money. The staff replied straight away to all my concerns before arrival and everything was waiting for us as I had asked when we arrived. - It ... what people say » is in an excellent location. We could walk into London or catch the tube if we were feeling tired or had a big day planned and wanted to save our legs. The facilities of having an apartment rather than a room we preferred as importantly you have a washing machine and a small kitchen. Very convenient.

I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away.
