We had a problem with a DVD player in our room which was dealt with in a professional manner and when a replacement could not be found at short notice we were upgraded free of charge. - Pretty much everything. Food fantastic value for money, bar prices you would be lucky to find in your local pub - not hyped up to usual hotel prices, staff who let us into our rooms early, superbly fitted out rooms with proper satellite TV (not just two token channels), brilliant, well equipped health suite and to top it all off a very n... what people say » ice buffet breakfast.   Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet sundries. Heating system was excellent and we liked the facility of being able to open the window for extra ventilation. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

  The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Very upmarket feel to the corridors and the room was very nice - Because of my mother we had to have a room for disabled. This was excellent as there were two bathrooms.

  Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable.
