    Everything about The Anchorage was superb from the first greeting. We found everything to be spotlessly clean and comfortable. The care and attention to even the smallest detail was exceptional and Janice went out of her way to provide every possible thing that you could need. There was a large selection of breakfast cereals, fruit juices, yoghurt... what people say » s and mouth watering full English breakfasts. If it wasn't there you only had to ask for it. We can highly recommend The Anchorage to anyone staying i - Very friendly warm welcome and this continued during our stay. The room was immaculately clean and the bedding was top quality Egyptian cotton. Bed looked relatively new and was very comfotable. Slept well. Quiet street with parking available. Breakfast was excellent in every way. Superb choices of fresh fruit and all the incremental choices such as cereals, jams & condiments were good quality.     It was a wow factor the minute we saw Hundalee House with its well kept driveway/gardens and secluded location. Mrs Whittaker was very welcoming and friendly towards us and our dogs. We liked the fact that there was one large table and a smaller - We stayed in the 4 poster room which was at the front of the house. The bed is probably one of the comfiest I've ever slept on.     The accommodation (room), although not large, was equipped with all necessities (including coffee/tea/fresh milk in room) and the en-suite bathroom/shower were very clean (looking new). We were offered hot tea with fresh milk and made to feel really at home. The rooms were really comfortable and we slept well. We had a great breakfast with plenty of choice and when my daughter didn't opt for a cooked breakfast she was offered a selection of fresh fruit. I really liked our hosts who were friendly and hospitable.

    We liked absolutely everything of this inn. The owners and staff could not have been friendlier. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with personal touches. The dinner was absolutely perfect and the best was to just having to go upstairs and relax in the comfortable bed.Will definately be back. - My trip to this hotel was excellent .     Both ladies were just so welcoming and friendly, everywhere was clean and the bed was divine - so much room and so very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and the local knowledge they both had was invaluable for making plans.     One of the most comfortable hotels we have stayed in for many years, Caddon View was a delight to find. We will definitely return in the future.     That they have started to renovate this great building with care since buying it last month. The owner Lynne is amazing host, so caring and friendly. The breakfast was superb. Warm and cosy rooms. Beautiful original features that will be respected during the upgrade. Strong wifi for when travelling for business.

    Although I booked for a small double room I was given a three-bedroom cottage all to myself! The owner was welcoming and helpful. The evening meal was excellent quality. - Breathtaking views, peaceful, spacious, elegant and tasteful. One of the best we've ever stayed at.

    We stayed at The Farmhouse for 2 nights and can't rate it highly enough! The owners Jon and Marilyn are both friendly and welcoming (as are the dogs!) and they went above and beyond to ensure we wanted for nothing during our time with them.
