The facilities and the rooms were first class. So much so I would go again. Certainly a hotel to romance your partner for that special occasion. The Ciro restaurant was superb!! I liked the thought that had gone into the decor creating the right atmosphere and ambience.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.... what people say » This was the best hotel we have stayed in - quietness of the hotel near the rooms. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels ive visited in my carrer of a holiday rep!

  The hotel was exactly as it appeared in the photos on the site.The gardens were lovely and well tended with lots of places to seat.The hotel itself was well maintained with lovely decor and furnishings .The staff were very friendly and professional .We had a meal in the restaurant which we would highly recommend.All in all fantastic value for money... what people say » and I would definitly return and recommend - The staff were fantastic - cheerful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us, particularly the guys at Oscars. A very enjoyable break - large, clean, comfortable bedroom, lovely en-suite bathroom, as much breakfast as you could eat, nicely cooked and a choice of eggs freshly cooked to order on request. The location was lovely, the village very pretty with pubs, a river and some lovely walks.
