  The attirude of the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room were excellent, it was nice to have not only a wardrobe of decent size but also a number of drawers.The food was excellent, both breakfast, evening meal and bar meals. There were good walks available in the area and the railway station was close by if you ... what people say » wished to travel elsewhere. - We arrived evening 8.30 ish after a long drive, your staff were very helpful and pleasant, they advised where we could eat as the restuarant would be closed by the time we had settled in, our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was easy, and the dining room fabulous, with it's chandeliers. Well placed to visit the Gormley statues. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

  The Family Room had a mini kitchen and a large bathroom with both bath and shower. As one of the children was not well during the weekend this all proved useful. The views were fabulous and the location was so close to many amenities. - Everything from friendly welcome through to breakfast the next day.
