  First class inn, friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Very well appointed accommodation, true king size bed, large room, warm and comfortable. Well kept ale, with good selection. Food was excellent and sensibly priced, around £35 for two meals with desserts and 4 pints of thwaites. This is a Inn and very popular, it is slightly more upmarket orie... what people say » ntated than the other pub in the village. I personally opted for the Lister as i am a person who prefers quality and high class accommodation, and the - The Lister Inn is one of the most beautiful I have stayed in. It is in a charming rural village and their beer garden is romantic and a pleasure to sit in, Our room faced it and each evening it was lit up with lights and candles, I loved it, Our room was spacious with a huge bed, being March with snow on the ground the room was warm and cosy. The staff were attentive and friendly and I cant wait to visit again.

  Fantastic welcome, wonderful facilities, comforatable accomadation. Simon and his wife were just great hosts. Visited 14 years ago . - V warm and friendly welcome. Lots of nice touches.

  The location in the centre of Malham is ideal. Its close proximity to pubs and cafes is also a plus. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The owners were extremely friendly and provided plenty of information about the neighbourhood. The breakfasts were sumptuous and included freshly laid eggs by the magnificent looking hens... what people say » visible through the window. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return. - Great place for hiking, nice location far away from main roads. Room clean and comfortable. Hosts extremely nice and very helpful. In the leaving day the road was blocked by snowdrifts and they let us they let us stay at the house untill the road was cleared. It was very nice and friendly gesture. And breakfasts - an one word - delicious. Definietely the one of the best B&B ever I have met.
