Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme.

windows. The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was
very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made
the room all the more comfortable. The Breakfast staff were incredibly
good, friendly and polite. An amazing breakfast.

It's hard to decide when you find an absolutely splendid Guest House, whether to share it with others or keep it to yourself. This applies without reservation to The Cliffbury. It cannot be faulted and although I'm risking my chances of finding a vacancy next time I book, it's a chance worth taking if other establishments are encouraged to up their game to this standard of cleanliness, comfort, cuisine (albeit just breakfast - I'm hoping an evening meal option could be added) and politeness.

We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom.
Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day.
A sitting room with DVDs to choose from.
Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo.

This is our 3rd time staying at Burleigh House and everything was fantastic yet again.Julie and Steve are fantastic hosts who take time to chat to their guests and make them feel at home. There were loads of great things about the stay, firstly Steve and Julie cannot do enough to help and make you fee welcome and comfortable. The location is great for gettiing to the orme, pier, or just the centre of time. The decorations within the house are modern and tasteful. We were in room 1, the 4 poster, which had a lovely little en-suite down some stairs. Would definately visit again.

Everything was clean and fresh, we had a lovely room, a bay window looking to the right you could see the sea. The bed was really comfy and the en-suite was a reasonable size. Steve did the breakfasts which were excellent, I wanted to take a photo but thought that would be a bit sad. Trish served it up and was so nice to speak to, they had no help

The friendly relaxed atmosphere from the owners. We were going to a nearby garden fete and the owners asked us if we wanted breakfast earlier and gave us a donation for the fete. The breakfast was very welcoming and delicious after a night out. Definitely stay here again if in Llandudno. Thank you for your hospitality. -

A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing quiet lounge bar at cheaper than pub prices just to top it off.
Perfect location, lovely and quiet to relax and yet one street from the town centre and two streets from the promenade and pier. Turn left and walk 5 mins to the bars for some nightlife, turn right for a chippy and gift shops.

We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings.
