  The views are breathtaking and the remoteness of this hostel was enchanting. The staff were very helpful letting myself and 2 others into our rooms whilst we awaited the return of my husband and younger daughter from up the mountain. Lovely clean crisp bedding making an enjoyable nights sleep. - The location is perfect if you're planning to hike ... what people say » up both Snowdon and Glyder Fawr - routes to both start there. Hostel is clean and modern, staff is nice. You can run to the lakes in the morning to get a refreshing swim. Breakfast is good but comes separately.

  Wonderful to have an ensuite for us as a family staying together. The kitchen was well set up and we had all we needed. The location up the hill was beautiful, fantastic views, and walking distance to shops and the mountain railway.
