The suite was everything the photos and description promised it to be. The location is incredible with all of Bowness shops, pubs and fantastic restaurants at your doorstep. Modern but tastefully decorated with good quality bed linen.
Our room had a lake view and a nice big window.
Breakfast room was spacious and breakfast was cooked in an open kitchen which gave a great athmosphere.
Lovely little balcony to sit in the sun if you are lucky enough to get any!

Beautiful period house and garden located in quiet country lane with glorious walks into the hills directly behind. Walk below into the quaint village of Bowness. We loved having the excellent breakfasts and heading straight out behind the house for hill walks with tremendous views over Windermere. Extremely comfortable, clean room and all necessary facilities. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Would happily stay again and definitely recommend.

started great with a parking space in their garage. Nice friendly meet and greet. we had our bags carried to our room which was nice. The owner made us some tea and brought it to our room also. The house has been lovingly restored keeping the original features,even the sash windows and shutters are still wooden. Breakfast was freshly cooked and hot. We would definitely recommend staying here to anybody.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was full and hearty. good enough to have a days walk on. he staff were only too keen to advise on what you wanted to do on your stay. - Breakfast was great and the owner was extremely friendly, very close to Bowness too. 100% recommended!!
