  Stayed as a last minute destination as we moved through Wales. The outside compared to others in the area can be deceiving but don't let it trick you. From the moment we walked in we felt walcomed, shown to our room which was upgraded free;) Perfect quiet location, only a short walk to the main streets.   I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... what people say » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  It was fantastic, a really good break, fantastic room/suite, excellent spa, a really good character hotel in excellent surroundings. - The whole experience was idyllic. Food was excellent.

  A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom
