Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

I chose a serviced let for a change to staying in a hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was clean and spacious just as in the photos, I could cook a meal when I wanted and most important what I wanted. The sofa was modern and comfortable.The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. -

This was my first stay in an apartment in the UK.
Wonderful apartment. Clean, stylish and cosy.
I liked the small balcony to walk out on.
All utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Made this a home from home.

Every fixture and fitting was not cheep and was spotless, every detail
was covered from dishwasher tablets and a hair drier to a bed that
made mine feel like a pile of rocks even the knives in the drawer were
laid out the same way! Easy access to cabots and broadmead and right
next to a spa and even though they are located near a busy area of
Bristol the sound proofing is excellent I couldn't be more pleased
with our room.
