  I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat. Thank you. - Excellent rooms which match a four star grade hotel. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Close to Metro Centre. Friends were upgraded to executive room.

  On arrival the man on reception was extreamly welcoming and thought the weekend all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely warm cosy feel which the extended into the room. The bed was extremely comfy with extra pillows stored in the room if needed. There were also extra towels and plenty of tea and coffee also supplied in the... what people say » room. I was slightly worried about noise due to reviews previously read but I can honestly say I didn't hear a thing though the night. Will stay here - Convenient to location. A little expensive going through letsbookhotel.com. Wish i'd have known before hand!

  The reception staff were local people and were very helpful and courteous. the breakfast was also very good and was included in the room price. - cleanliness! it was my first time in a holiday inn and i will definately be using them again, staff were very friendly and helpfull
