The couple who owned the appartment met us and they were lovely and even had choccy biscuits ready and waitin for us. As for the appartment what more would you want, ample heating, clean, comfortable cosy and in such a fantastic location. We even got to stay longer on the Sunday. The service was first class. Loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated throughout and everything seemed brand new. Everything you might need was there. A real home from home. Nice wee garden to sit out too. The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels

the place to stay in Belfast.
Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME!
Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly.
The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :)
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)

It is very close to QUB so was quite convenient, as I was attending a conference there. It's proximity to Botanic Station and the variety of restaurants in the area were a definite plus. My stay this time in Belfast was far too short, but I do hope to make additional visits and would stay here again. -

The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full.
I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.
