I have just moved to Bristol for work, and stayed at the yha several
days while looking for accommodation. Overall, yha Bristol is a very
good hostel compared to the standard. It is new and clean which is
pretty rare for hostels. Showers are new and clean too. Tv lounge on

I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

We were delighted to find out that we had our own kitchen with full cooking facilities. It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it.

Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and
rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a
great service.
The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes.
IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.
