  The staff were exceptional in every manner. Each one we spoke to were very polite and accomodating, especially when booking out as we were leaving at 6am the next morning and they prepared a fantastic breakfast which was delivered 30mins before we departed at 5:30am. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, the staff in the breakfast room... what people say » always had time for us, never rushed. - The room was excellent; clean, bed comfy, tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities, information about the area in a folder, room service brilliant, breakfast included was excellent and you could have as much as you liked.   We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean and spacious and the food was of very good quality. The all you can eat breakfast was suberb. A lovely setting overlooking the river. And very good value for money compared with other places that we looked at. Free car parking is a bonus too.
