We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy.
The value was brilliant and surpassed my expectations & was more impressive than a recent stay we had at a very posh London hotel .... A choice of a crump

I was initially a little put off by the insert your card reception but it was indeed a speedy process & staff were -
The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo.
Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station.

The staff, Becky, and the others were very friendly and helpful. The services provided was very good and clean and maintained. Nicely located in the centre of the city, yet close to the waterside. Room was spacious immaculately clean. The wife and I enjoyed the experience. -

I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. Nicely presented apartment, quite, clean and comfortable. 10 mins walk from cabbot circus, 5 mins walk from the train station 15 walk mins from the bar, nightclub. You have everything you need close to hand. Would deffo stay again the next time we're in Bristol. -
