  Excellent location, one could not wish for a better one - close by the Haymarket railway station and the Airlink bus stop, within a walking distance from the center, two huge supermarkets nearby and a few nice fastfood places. Friendly staff; nice continental breakfast. - It was conveniently located near Haymarket station, there were a lot of bus... what people say » es to the city center. A supermarket was located right near the B&B. The room was spacious with a basin in it. The Beds were comfortable. The shared bathroom was very clean and good.

  This was a very brief stay on our way home but what a wee treasure this place is. The hosts were lovey and Alan did a fab Scottish breakfast. I get the impression they would go out their way to make it a pleasant stay with them. Will def return - The owners, Andy & Shiela, were great. Andy went far beyond expectations at every opportunity.
