I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

I arrived at a very unusual time. Whilst I didn't meet a member of staff the help I received over the phone was fantastic. This is a value for money hotel, which is what I wanted. I have no idea how you did it. Your staff told me that I was guaranteed a good night of sleep, and I NEVER sleep well. However, I slept so good during my stay with you all that I think I need to go back just for another week or real rest. -

The Hotel is a real gem and is a credit to Doreen who gives attention to detail , lovely white fluffy towels immaculate rooms a real Home that is warm and relaxed good location two sets of keys no silly rules and good quality food , Doreen is on hand to help . we would all love to stay at the Star villa again so will be booking again soon.Perfect

It was very clean and the breakfast was beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Great for families as there was a fridge in the room. Great for couples or groups. Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. These are student apartments, so quite basic but clean, modern and centrally located. The bed was comfortable with nice white cotton bed-linen. We stayed for 3 nights for the Festival and found it ideal to be so near everything + able to make tea etc.. in between shows!
