  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.

  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester
