The room was spacious comfortable, homely warm and spotless. The bathroom was more than adequate and sparkling clean.

me and my boyfriend stayed at the hale guest house for one night, our stay there was amazing. we where made feel welcome straight away by Billy who greeted us at the door and showed us up to our room. breakfast was great and served when suits you. Billy is a kind and friendly host. It only takes 10 minutes and 2 pounds on the 82A bus (direction Runcorn) to get to the Hale Village Post Office and then it is a 2 minute walk to the guesthouse. Best food close by is the Wellington pub - they have free WI-FI as does the guesthouse. Billy gave me a lift to the airport in the morning.

Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.

It was very convenient for visiting family who live nearby, and reasonably close to the city centre. It was clean spacious and comfortable. We appreciated having private car parking, and we liked being able to walk in Sefton Park. -

Everything! The owners were wonderful, really friendly, fun and provided lots of useful info about Liverpool. Our room for 3 adults was lovely and spacious with 2 single beds and a double bed. The location was perfect as I left my car there when I arrived and did not get into it again until I left as it was less than £5 into the centre for a taxi which was cheaper than £6.30 bus fare of £2.10 each. Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there.
Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus
