gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

Nice staff.
The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.
