Had a wedding to attend in christchurch, so just looked for a reasonable priced place to stay. We were very impressed, it is the old Hurn Railway station and breakfast was served in the pullman carriage, it was lovely. Very clean comfortable pub, with lovely beer garden and very good food, wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed one night again for the second week running. Daughter had head cold and temperature. Staff went out of their way to help i.e. jugs of iced water etc and very accommodating with all requests. As with my review from last week thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. A big thank you to the lovely Manager and all his kind staff, We will be returning in the not to distant future.

One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. Every thing. Staff, comfort, location, cleanliness, fresh towels daily, in room tea/coffee making facilities topped up daily.
Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.
