  A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... what people say » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

  The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome. When we couldn't wok the television a young man came almost immediately and fixed our small problem right away. Hotel du Vin is a tight group and... what people say » we enjoyed ourselves to the max. Courtesy and good service make this note what it is which is fabulous. - The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured our stay with them was very pleasant.
