  I stayed here for four nights in mid April. Excellent value at £30 per night, especially in view of the superb full English breakfast (8.00 to 9.30). Very pleasant breakfast room, all tables immaculately laid,cereals, juices and toast, bay window overlooking street and a wall mounted flat screen tv for your early morning news fix. He helped me unload and load my car out in the street on arrival and departure, and when on the last day - I stayed in the apartment which was great value for money - it appears to be a converted part of the building rather than a purpose built space, and because of this it isn't the highest quality, still it was clean and spacious enough for a 3-day stay. The staff are friendly (including Phil who might not be everyone's cup of tea)and the location was spot on for a Snowdon Trip. There was even parking right behind the building.

  The hotel was eceptional in every way, the location was perfect overlooking the sea and locks, the rooms were outstanding and one of the best we have stayed in. As for the manager and staff they couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. We would highly recomend this hotel. - The relaxed atmosphere of the staff.
