The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. Alex was really helpful during check-in and Juliette from the concierge service even booked us guided tours of the prado. The apartment is spotless and very tastefully decorated.
