Location was excellent, a very very short walk from the Puerta del Sol. Very very very good value for the price.
Place was clean, and everything worked fine. Staff was very hospitable.
Honestly I've stayed at better places, but I certainly enjoyed my stay, and have no real complaints. Would certainly stay here again.

Fabulous location - close to Sol and not far from Major Square. If you
want to have a walk from the Cathedral to Prado and back or to get to
the metro that's the best choice. Friendly personnel.
Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean room with TV & WiFi, basin and shower. Towels changed daily. Just about everything I needed in a good location for the main tourist attractions.
Mr paco and ms margarita were always keen on helping us. Very friendly an hospitable. The hotel is as central as can be!!!!!!!.
