  We were in Verona at the beginning of May, 2013 and had the room “Tosca” in the suite. It was clear, except one of the five days it was cleaned every day. The room facilities were good, it was as described. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they were not always present on site (I mean this is normally by apartments and suites), but they... what people say » were easy to reach by phone. We heave chosen the coffee shop Viaroma33 for our breakfasts (were included in the room rate). The breakfasts were appro - Everything. For visiting Verona I can't think of a better solution for accommodation. It is very well located in a nice area a few minutes walk from the old town. Free high speed wifi. Parking inside the building at a very competitive price only 10 euro which is very unusual when travelling in Italy. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist. They also provide, free of charge, water, refreshments and there is kettle for making tea. Although there is no reception, when you check in they give

  Location was great. Close to everything. Ruddy was very nice and helpful. Found him waiting on the balcony for us. Speaks English. The facility was beautiful! The bath was private but not attached to room but very nice. Very safe. Breakfast is off site at a wonderful bakery. Verona was beautiful and the hotel made the stay perfect - Owner... what people say » was very friendly and flexible. We got a map when we arrived and he explained us a lot. The accomodation has only 3 rooms and is located in a beautiful Veronese house, where also "real" Italians live. It's very close to the historic center and so perfect to explore the city.

  Small place, 3 rooms I think. Staff were very helpful, our room was clean and modern and we loved the little balcony. This hotel is in a lovely looking, secure building just round the corner from the Arena. Close to all the main attractions which we found handy and could reach everything on foot. They made us a breakfast for when we went out early... what people say » for a daytrip, held our case, phoned a taxi to the airport. A little more in price but the nicest place we have stayed in Italy (out of six hotels). - We were very impressed with the staff who struggled with English but tried very hard and were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. The room we had was clean, comfortable and quiet, there was air conditioning which was great as it got very hot outside, there is a bit of a struggle to get your cases up the flights of stairs but it's worth it when you do, beautiful!

  Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Pierpaolo was incredibly friendly and helpful. The b&b is a 7 minutes slow walk from the arena, and there are plenty of bars and cafeterias on the way. The reception/breakfast room is on a different floor, and decorated in a more classical style. Breakfast was amazing. The firs - Only two rooms in a lovely appartment, complete with wood panelled walls and antique/quirky mix of old and modern. Pierrepaulo the host could not have been more helpful. This is a very individual and personalised service from the owner/manager that you would not get at a large hotel. Individual breakfast included luxury croissants and home made produce. Car parking issecure, and at no extra cost. Very central, a short walk of only 250- 300 yards to main historic area.Highly recommended !!

  The location was brilliant, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning.   The B&B was perfectly located, right down the street from Piazza Bra in the center of town, and very close to a number of restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the sights we had picked out to visit. The bus from the train station stopped very near the B&B. The room was very nice, and probably the largest of all the rooms we stayed ... what people say » in on our trip to Italy. We didn't need it, but there is a small elevator to help get up to the room. The room was very quiet at night, not on a maj - I cannot fault this beautiful BnB at all. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. We were in awe with the size and comfortability of the room. Our large windows looked down into one of the streets. Breakfast was traditional and appetising. It was close to the station (20 min leisurely walk), shops, restaurants and Casa Di Giulietta. We were sad that our visit was short as we would have loved to have stayed a couple more days.
