  It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless. Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  Let's start with the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. This hotel is located right on the main strip and close to restaurants, shoppes, the old town, etc.. It is very modern, clean and quiet (double paned doors block out most street noise). We had a balcony overlooking the Main Street that is closed to traffic every evening (pedestrian zone... what people say » ), we loved being a part of the action but if you prefer something a little quieter ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. We thought the brea - This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town. It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.

  The best place of my trip - you feel at home with clean a refurnished apartments that kept the classic charm of the town. Wooden ceiling and decor from the 1700 I think...it was a amazing you were totally independent. Book it with no fear - I had a friend that came to meet us and she was very sick when she arrived. Monica (front desk) went out of her way to help us take care of her. I really appreciated that. Also location was great. Rooms were pretty sound proof which was great seeing as our balcony was on the main street but there was barely any street noise with the french doors closed.

The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave.
