  The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. I loved the mixture of old and new. The bathroom was spotless and very modern with free toiletries( which actually were lovely) . The breakfast room was small but... what people say » that made getting to chat to other guests really easy. The outside seating area was lovely and would be a great place to enjoy a nice chilled bottl - Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

  Great location and value for the money. the room was right near Piazza del Campo and we had the added advantage of enjoying the Onda's celebration for their Palio victory. The breakfast was nice and the room was suitable for our needs. The best part of the trip was the hospitality of Anissa.
