  Was easy to find and very close to the city center. Also the breakfast was more than fair and there was great variety of dishes. The hotel morning stuff was very kind and patience. Great location fo fair price. I did enjoy my staying. - The location was nice.

  The location was amazing - only a 30 min walk or 5 min bus ride into the old town of Sienna. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was a real treat with everything from cereal and fruit to salami, ham, cheese and a variety of cakes. She let us have our choice of rooms after showing us the options. The rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this BandB again to our friends.

  Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite.   Everything! Nicola was an exceptionally friendly host, and his family were wonderful even though their English was not as good as his. The castello and grounds were beautiful and the views from the tower room were literally breathtaking. This was probably the single best stay my wife and I have had in our lives. And be sure not to turn down the chance to have a meal at neighboring Le Pietre Vive for the cha - Great host, beautiful and rustic surroundings. The associated farmhouse restaurant was wonderful and breakfast was tasty and served as if you were in your grandmother's kitchen.

  We stayed here over Easter 2013 and unconditionally recommend to others. We enjoyed our stay immensely and even enjoyed the walk into Siena which only took about 30 minutes (one way). Our host was very friendly and accommodating, recommending side trips and restaurants for us (see my other reviews if interested), everything recommended met expecta... what people say » tions. He goes out of his way to please and always goes the extra mile putting guests first at all times. He also makes a fantastic Expresso (refill a - The owner of the house is very kind and obliging...waited for us even when we were late on our way, without any problem and even we arrived at midnight, he welcomed us very pleasantly and gave us some good advices about Siena (including free parking). The room was really nice furnished and clean. Excellent breakfast...especially the cakes. The house is on the quiet surburb of Siena, very good position for discovering Siena :) We definitely recomend this place...no doubts!

  Great location and value for the money. the room was right near Piazza del Campo and we had the added advantage of enjoying the Onda's celebration for their Palio victory. The breakfast was nice and the room was suitable for our needs. The best part of the trip was the hospitality of Anissa.   Not only was the location beautiful, central enough to walk into Siena but far enough out to not get the noise, the staff were incredible. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully decrorated with an excellent architectural finish and every minute detail has been carefully thought of.
