  Excellent location--very close to Campo. We had the two room suite which was very roomy for an Italian hotel. The double bedded room was a corner room with great views out of both windows, one of Torre del Mangia. Nice breakfast brought on tray to our room as it was a bit cool for garden breakfast. Would have enjoyed another cup of cappucino, ho... what people say » wever, but there was no way to obtain one. - Everything. The location is right in the heart of the mountain village. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was brought to my room at the specific time I asked for. The room was decorated beautifully and had a very nice view overlooking the city.

Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower.
