The location of this B&B is fantastic, and so are the views from the balcony. The first thing that I noticed as soon as I entered the apartment was its atmosphere and cleanliness. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, so you can make your meals there if you want. I really felt at home at this place, and one of the main reasons for that was the kindness and hospitality of a young man who is working at this B&B. Although at first he did not speak much English, we managed to communica.

Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA. Unique town with excellent restaurants, delicious food and wine. If you are staying here you really visit the ristorante Il Biondo. Depends on the accommodation it was good choice. Good budget, cute breakfast ( you can choose from the fridge what you want) , nice room, nice balcony. If I come to Siena again I will really book the B&B Simonette. I lived there my dream and share my passion. We booked one room for two persons with shared bathroom. First of all, the mattress of the bed was great. Second, the host was very kind and helped us park the car. We had the comfort of an appartment.The kitchen and bathroom were nice. I would recommend this B&B to any (especially young) traveller!. The accommodation is excellent specifically when you have a young family. It was a 2 minute walk to Piazzo del Campo and the Duomo. The Wi-Fi connection was on-off. nothing dislike. Nothing. nothing special. A ton of stairs but I'm young so it was ok. There is no sign, so we had to ask a neighboring restaurant to call for us so we could check in. it would be nice that the staff would speak a little more english. the windows of the room is not new so it's heard the noise of the street. Difficult to find. Room on the top floor without elevator. Chilly room.
