Their suggestions and assistance on everything from selecting tours to handling dirty laundry made our time in Siena fantastic! Our room was immaculate and spacious. She made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area as well as help with travel arrangements and sight seeing. If we were going - Great place to stay, away from busy turistic town center with the facility to reach it on a 20 minute bus ride or 30 to 45 minute walk. Very nice, friendly, very helpful staff. Convinient grocery shop about one kilometer away (kind of dangerous road to walk along though). Be aware of reception working hours.
